Commercial Wallcovering for Portland Businesses
Installed Around Your Schedule, Not Ours
Since 2017 we have hung commercial wallcovering across the Portland metro — office suites in the Pearl, restaurant dining rooms on Division, hotel corridors, medical waiting rooms, and retail fit-outs. Commercial work has its own rules, and we run every project accordingly:
- After-hours and weekend installation so your business never closes for us.
- Certificates of insurance and W-9s supplied to property managers before we set foot on site.
- Type II vinyl and contract-grade materials rated for scrub cycles, fire codes, and heavy traffic.
- Phased scheduling for occupied buildings — floor by floor, suite by suite.
- Coordination with your GC or designer, including submittals and site walks.
- Clean, quiet job sites — protected floors, daily tidy-up, no radios, no mess.
Spaces We Wallpaper Across the Metro
Offices & workplaces. Feature walls in lobbies and conference rooms, acoustic and textile wallcoverings in open plans, and brand-color installations that photograph well on recruiting pages. We phase work by suite so teams keep working while walls transform overnight.
Hotels & hospitality. Corridor programs measured in hundreds of yards, where seam discipline and dye-lot management decide whether floor eighteen matches floor two. We track lot numbers roll by roll and hang to hospitality-brand standards.
Restaurants, bars & cafés. Portland diners notice interiors. We install statement papers and murals that define a room's identity — and we do it between close and open, so you never lose a service.
Retail & showrooms. Seasonal refreshes, brand murals, and durable Type II vinyl at customer touchpoints. Fast turnarounds around merchandising calendars are normal for us.
Medical & professional suites. Scrubbable, antimicrobial-rated wallcoverings hung with low-odor adhesives, scheduled around patient hours and building access rules.
Multifamily & property management. Lobbies, corridors, amenity rooms, and model units — with COIs, background-checked access, and repeat-book pricing for portfolios.
From Walkthrough to Punch List
Every commercial project starts with a site walk and a written scope: substrate condition, material spec, yardage, access windows, and a fixed price. You will know exactly what happens, when, and what it costs before anything is signed.
During installation Robert is on site — not a rotating crew you have never met. Walls are prepped to the wallcovering manufacturer's warranty requirements, seams are laid out to minimize visibility at eye level, and each area is punch-listed with your manager before we call it done. Most of our commercial clients book us again; several have standing arrangements for every location they open.
Send plans or finish schedules to info@robertwallpaperinstallation.com and we will return a bid within two business days.
